Hi all,
I have searched but have not found if Z3TA+ 2 can be used as an AUDIO EFFECT in Sonar X1 the same way as the old version z3ta could.  Is this possible?  I see my old z3ta_fx.dll files but cannot find a similar one for the "new" Z3TA+ 2 anywhere on my computer.

No it cannot be used as an effect. I saw this detail when I was first purchasing ZT3a 2.

that said, "i don't believe the architecture of the FX section has changed, or at least changed dramatically, since the previous version."  And X1 does include its previous version, free of charge...

I've been asking for an FX version of Z2 since it's release. With the new easier to navigate interface and the Drag and Drop re-order feature added in V2 it would make a killer FX rack. The 6 Voice Chorus alone is worth it. Keep in mind that some people don't own Sonar and only purchased Z2 so I don't think they would have access to the FX version of Z1.

If you want the feature let Cakewalk know! They are in the process up updating z3ta+ 2 for OSX currently. So there will be even more z3ta+ 2 users soon.
