Sonar X3 Studio user
I ve done this before and it has always worked.  I use virtual instruments then convert them to audio before final mix.  It's always worked in the past but I must've forgotten something this time.  The project I'm currently working on will not synch the audio tracks.  The time sequence is off on all except the first passages.
 
Any Suggestions (other than scrap Sonar)?

Do you perhaps have the button labeled PDC on your control bar enabled, or did you at the time of freezing? How are you "converting to audio"? I suppose by freezing?
