This happened to me, under similar circumstances. I called customer support who fixed it in few minutes. Apparently it is a glitch in their system soon to be fixed,- according to the customer support guy and Andrew.

Some people love Les Pauls. I hate them.
Different strokes, baby.

Gasp! I love my LP. Though, I can see your point about the weight. For me I really like the weight because it balances itself well for me when I've got it strapped on. Though I really miss having the vibrato arm from my Strat for getting nicely close to ripping off My Bloody Valentine sounds. Might get that new Floyd Rose system for tune-o-matic systems, despite my worry over keeping it in tune to blend better with my electronics.

But yes...

Definitely this.

I think LPs are sold by the pound. A LP Studio is not heavy at all.  When you pick up one of those $3K+ there seems to be some more weight. That's my theory on LPs.

Well it will be out soon and then you can check it out for yourself. And then there will be another update in Feb. Date is still TBD.

Is there anything planned for Feb/March updates?
Patch Point for MIDI
Chord track
Better arpegiator
Any facility of importing styles [that will enhance inspiration!] which will go hand in hand with the chord track

If memory serves, there have been more than twelve releases this year if you count the interim fix releases, of which there were perhaps two. So folks should have received around fourteen updates rather than twelve. Given that historically we received at most perhaps five fix releases between major product versions over perhaps an eighteen month period and a low renewal price I find it hard to understand what the fuss is.

Will the "what are we getting next time" folks ever slow down? It seems like a bunch of baby birds screaming for more worms....

To answer the question, no, nothing at CW is planned, it just happens. /s

I bet some would complain if SONAR printed money..

I swore I would never own a Gibson because of the obnoxious fanboys. I was moving so I had like 7 electrics (I don't even really play that much) so I thought why not trade so of them in and get something nicer.  A PRS is out of my price range so I spent a few hours in the local GC and I was thinking LP Studio. I thought I would hate an SG until I played on and then it was more confusion between LP vs. SG.  I went with the LP.  With US made Guitars you really have to check them over because they are inconsistent.  I wanted the red LP Studio but after playing some of them most of them didn't made a sound on the 22nd fret. So I got a white one with gold trim. "Is it wrong for a man to have an LP and not play it every day?"
