If you are able, then you might need to get a qualified IT person to assist with you with this.
From what I am reading in this thread, it appears that either your Windows installation itself is borked or you may even have a hardware issue. I think the ntdll.dll file is related the the nVidia drivers... so maybe updating these might be the answer - Of course, the version you will be able to upgrade to depends on the age of your graphics card.
It could even be your video card on its way out. You might, also, want to check your system event viewer for a chronological list of issues.
Again, You might want to get a qualified IT person to assist with you with this whole process.
