I have purchased Sonar Artist in January 2016 and when I use MixStrip, I can only add the following modules: Grit, Max and Space. Is this normal ? Should I have access to the remaining ones ? (Space, Smoother, etc)  If yes, what's the process to enable them for access?

Thank You

I don't know if they're authorized for the Artist version.

If they are and you're not seeing them, try executing a vst scan...?

I did ran a vst scan. I did a lot of research on "mixstrip modules not loading" in MusicCreator and Sonar forums and have tried various recommendations without success. I think I'll need Tech Suppport expertise.

From a little research here I found this list of style dials that are available and it looks like you should have them all.

What release have you installed?

Also according to SONAR Compare Versions, you should have all 8 of them.

You are running the Kingston release. Several of the Style dials were added after that release. You will need to update to get them.

Would it be possible to let me know what to "select" for the upgrade. Might look weird for a question, but I live in a small rural area and have a small bandwidth.

Updates are cumulative. Running the Command Center and updating the SONAR Artist line will get the current version with all the style dials.
