I seem to have some problems with my renewed subscription and Manchester , can anyone help point me in the right direction.
I subscribed for 2016 on the 18 Jan and according to my account this is recorded ( there was one failed payment but the second was completed)
I have just upgraded to Manchester but once completed was told I needed a subscription and was running in demo mode only.
When I was using the command centre , the "watch video" screen was not working properly , perhaps because I am set at 125% screen size? I did get an out of recourse message during the rapture upgrade but it seemed to finish OK

Hi. Maybe try to logout of CCC, reboot and log back in? do you have the latest CCC?

Are you running Command Center v1.1.4.3? Click CTRL+gear in the upper right of the Command Center to see the version.
Did you reboot after updating the Command Center?

When I ran the CCC it asked me to upgrade to the latest version which I did  , just tried a re-boot , will open CCC again

I restarted , ran Splat and was told was in demo more , I opened CCC and hit launch from within there and it seems to be OK now , sorry for the hassle!
