edit: Never mind this has been solved. You have to click Import, then can import one called Default Bindings.

Is there a way to reset all the keyboard shortcuts to the factory settings? I imported a friends to try them, but would rather go back to the defaults, but can't seem to find any way to reset it. Documentation didn't help either.

Hi. Glad you figured it out, and welcome to this forum 
I would suggest that you put your specs (see my signature) in your control panel (top right on this page). It helps when asking if / when you need some help.
There are always people (with tremendous knowledge) willing to help if they have some info, and are asked nicely
