I got CbB up and running, everything seems fine.  All plugins are found and working.  Played a lot of old projects and they worked fine.  THEN, I tried to add an audio guitar track intro to an older project.  After the metronome count in, the drum track and my new record track started at 00:00:00:00 on the time clock, but the other audio tracks started at 00:00:02:00.  I brought in another project and tried the same thing.  This time all the tracks began at 00:00:00:00 except the vocal track started at 00:00:02:00.
When I played these back, everything started at 00:00:00:00.
 
I then opened my old Cakewalk Sonar X3 Producer and could add tracks with no problem.  No delay at all.
 
Is anyone else having this problem?  I compared all my settings in the old Cakewalk with the new CbB and could find no differences.
Any ideas or fixes?  Thank you in advance.
