I can not get the melodyne 4 update without paying for it i am a platinum user
no luck getting upgrade what an i doing wrong they want 99. i thought it was free
 

Which version of Melodyne are you trying to update to?    Melodyne Essentials v2 was the free version that came with SONAR, so you should be able to upgrade that to Melodyne Essentials v4 at no cost.   The Editor and Studio versions, on the other hand, are paid-for updates regardless of what you currently have - I think $99 is the cost to upgrade from Melodyne Editor v2 to Melodyne Editor v4.
