I'm a bit worried. Did they give this update to those of use that had an expired membership this month and didn't renew? I hope it's not going to be in demo mode. Well if so then I can see how well it reverts back.

Does it now integrate better with Melodyne 4... tempo control and all?

Vastman,
I don't think Melodyne integration is improved in Manchester. I think Noel (?) stated that this is coming later in the spring.

Never mind.  My sub ends 2/5.

Sonar thanked me for extending my membership with a toast pop-up. My about screen now says the correct owned through date. HUZAA!

Likewise!

Same here

My performance has gotten better with every release. The last two releases seem to have the "largest" performance increase. at least for me.

That has been my experience as well, until the last one. With Lexington, I feel like I'm using a 10 year old computer. What in the world could cause such drastic CPU spikes for only a selection of users, but offer improvements for others?

Ditto. Lexington horrible performance for me. Slow, CPU spikes etc. I Hope Manchester is better.

If you paid the one-time fee and got it, you won't go into demo mode. Enjoy the update.

This update does NOT include direct tempo mapping via ARA into Sonar with Melodyne 4 editor/studio...  I hope this is added quick as several threads are going on in the forum as we've been figuring out a workaround which works but is kludgy.  Here's how it works in S1v3 which makes more sense...

It would be good to hear from those who's performance went backwards with Lexington (I being one of them) whether or not things have improved with Manchester. Perhaps a separate thread.
