How do I export a recorded midi drum track I played into another song project ?  I copied it and placed on my desktop ..then took it from the desktop and pasted it into a page and the entire thing was messed up on the piano roll ....Im using addictive drums 1 ...

This worked for me:  I open both projects at the same time, then copy the file from the original project to the target one, and skip the intermediate step of putting it on the desk top.

What did you copy? The MIDI clip or the whole track? I remember reading here that you can simply drag the MIDI clip on the desk top, and then drag it to the track of the new project.
How was it messed up? Notes changing places or wrong sound on the right note or what??

If you have both projects open at the same time (View > Tile In Columns) you can simply drag & drop from 1 to the other.

Bristol_Jonesy nailed it.  You can just drag the track from one project to another.  If you want to copy a whole track just drag it, if you want just a part of the track just copy and paste.
 
I'm not sure how dragging the clip to the desktop messed it up, but, hopefully, dragging between projects will work OK for you.
