Yes they are not responding.
 
They are putting out messages like "the requested application was not found".
 
But it kind of makes me mad that they tell me the problem is MY internet connection. If my internet connection didn't work I couldn't post this.
 
In the past I have tried Melodyne but always ended up removing it after a fair amount of frustration. When I got the email offer for ver 4 I decided to give them another try. Perhaps even upgrade to their better version.
 
But their old habits come shining through.
 
If anybody wants a nice rant against Celemony just ask me and I will deliver.
 
I really hope the Cakewalk staff will eventually reject Celemony and make a pitch corrector of their own. Pitch correction is no longer a magic thing. I am sure if the staff at Cakewalk tried they could figure out an in-house built in pitch corrector. And it would be much better than Melodyne because it would function rather than soak up your time.

This sucks...  I know a lot of people jumped on the upgrade because of the crazy, low pricing.  Hope things get sorted out.

I had the same issue a week ago with the demo and did a restore. I actually sent their own activation link back to them in the email, which contains my machine ID. Apparently this is a one-time thing, so if you are unfortunate and get an activation failure, their server removes the activation option (for demo) on subsequent attempts.

I upgraded and unlike others in his thread had no problem.  Checked it in Sonar Platinum and activated and working OK.
 
My only gripe is the CCC does not pick up that Melodyne has been upgraded.

I bought Melodyne 4 years ago outside from SONAR.
Now Celemony made me an offer for an update to the full studio version for 149.- Euro.
This update to the full version I did a few days ago.
But I do not get it to work with multiple tracks parallel - so as promised from Celemony.
The multiple tracks are shown on the left side - but can not be accessed or edited. Only the first track is available.

Hopefully Sonar will improve it's ARA implementation soon.

Multitrack only works in the stand alone. Also to get more than one track in the main screen you must hold the shift key and click on each track so they are highlighted. Also you must click on the little blob icon "edit notes in editor" on each track to activate each track you want to edit.
I never could get it to work in the plugin like in the stand alone, so perhaps this will be fixed in the upcoming updates of Sonar.

Looks like Celemony's server is working again, although it's painfully slow. I was able to upgrade, and now I'm downloading Essentials 4.
