(It's pretty much all in the subject line.)

That is to say...if I go for the Windows upgrade...do I lose my Tranzport?

Ah...a testament to the non-functioning nature of the search function on this forum...

Someone already answered my question in another thread.  Post #3 of...

Sonar has never had a problem and even my old Frontier Tranzport works in Win 10, although I had to install it in a Vista Compatibility mode (had to do that on Win 8.1 too).

My transport is an essential item in my studio set up - I really don't know what I would do if / when it stops working.
I have even purchased a couple of spares, so I hope it does work in Windows 10!
However I have decided to stay on Windows 7 for the foreseeable future......hope there is no reason to force me to upgrade to 10, well not for a while anyway - got a lot of projects music wise to concentrate on instead of concentrating on software upgrades that then cause issues!!

I was the one that posted about it working but having to install in the Vista compatibility mode.

I have used mine on several recording sessions in Win 10 and all functions work.  I had to reconfigure my external footswitch in Sonar for "Record" but that was all.
