Can I just confirm what the process will be regarding Melodyne 4 Essentials update from the up-and-coming Manchester update. 
I've just upgraded to Melodyne Studio 4, which is working fine. I haven't tried the Essentials. Should I go ahead and also do the Essentials 4 update when available? Or is there no point doing this since I have now have Studio 4. Is there a risk it may overwrite something? Or will both be available?

No need to update since you already have the highest version. I believe the essentials installer handles this but its best not to update.
