A new laptop may be on the cards. I use it for live TV, watching sports, Youtube etc. What I want to know is what part of the specs are important when it comes to that type of viewing? Higher quality stuff can struggle so what makes the difference? Is it the chip, the graphics, the memory, the CPU, the GBs, the internet provider, the colour of case?

I don't want to overspend and get a top spec if I don't have to.

Now off to find the cheapest laptop money can buy but where from? Perhaps Google can help.
