Hey there
My song has over 100 extra measures at the end- something got copied and then deleted but the space is staying there. I know that when I will be ready to mix to one track, it will make 10 minutes song, including the empty space at the end. There should be a way to delete empty space at the end so it does not get included in to the bounced track. Thank you.

Thank you for finding my old threads. I know I can select the part I want to bounce. But I was hoping that over a year they came up with the way to simply delete the empty space. There is also function on the transport to go to the beginning or the end of the song. I don't need to to go to measure 600. I need to be able to specify where the end of a song is. Thank you.

See this post for one person's solution to the "never-ending song." I've tried it, and it seems to work. Just remember that after doing the split, drag in the timeline from where you made the split to past the end of what SONAR shows when you select all, and when you Cut Special the selected area, you need to check delete hole AND all the other track attributes.

I didn't follow all the offered links, but my solution is to select all the currently active tracks and use "Bounce to Clips"  (Track view, Clips, Bounce to clips).   You must make sure that everything is in fact selected first .. which is a kind of mystical and imprecise thing.

I would recommend anyone reading this to follow the links. You don't always want to bounce to clips if you're still deciding whether to make particular edits or not.
