Your Dell computer might have UEFI firmware, but NT Password only works with BIOS. While turning on your computer, press F12 (or F2) key to access UEFI.  Follow to enable Legacy CSM boot, and turn off Secure Boot. Hopefully NT Password will boot then for   dell laptop password reset .

Which is better for resetting Dell passwords? i have tried and it does work for us , It is the same as the Ophcrack.  
 

Maybe the ophcrack can not be used to do for me , do as it is required, but my computer is still locked.
