I Hate Slates GUI and not keen on the routing, but the sounds are great - I actually use it quite a bit as well

I agree...the Slate GUI is just BLECK....

Speaking of "poor development"...Ocean Way Drums...
One kit in over a year.  That hurts.  It's probably the
ONE Drum Sampler that lets you use ALL your VST's in
the mixer...and it also is pathetically lethargic in development...
I almost didn't think we'd ever see the first "Add on"...it finally came...
after over a year...

I still have it but I've abandoned it (for now).

Man o man is my son gonna inherit a chitload of plugs and VSTi libs.

Yep...it's been relegated to the scrap heap for now...
hopefully something changes, because it's pretty decent

If I had paid full price, they'd be getting more flack than I ever

The sell penalty would only come into play for me when my son inherits all this stuff. And then again it won't affect me.
 
I suspect he'll just not transfer high hanging fruit like this.
