I noticed the update was mentioned on the forum so I started CCC and told it to update.
Then download completed and while it is extracting the files it complains that vcredit files are corrupt. If you abort the old CCC no longer works and has to be installed again. If you select ignore it just fails on the the next file and then the next etc. 
 
I tried downloading from another computer is running the CCC installer for 1.1.3.1 manually but get the same results. Even running the installer on another computer fails. 
 
After deleting the download are starting over 4 times as well as disabling the AV and running as administrator all attempts have failed.

OK I connected to a vpn that terminates inside the US and I downloaded the file again.
 
This time the 1.1.3.1 installer is able to extract the files and complete the install.
 
Cakewalk you may want to check on the mirror that I hit when I download inside the Philippines.
