Hi Everyone
I tried to update Sonar Platinum to the new Lexington version using Command center like I usually do when updating but for some reason Command center decided not to function anymore.
"A problem caused the program to function correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"
Is the message I get.
I'm on windows 10. I uninstalled and reinstalled command center.  I tried updating something else.  I've rebooted the system but nothing changes.
The weirdest thing is that I installed Sonar from scratch and did all the other updates etc. with command center with no problems. I made no changes to the system either, it just suddenly stopped working.
Did anyone else experience something similar and can maybe shed some light on this weird problem please?

I have exactly the same problem.  I'm running windows 10 on an HP envy.
Have you contacted tech support?

Hi Alexander.
No, I did not. I read a previous post from Cloudrunner77 with the same problem but before anyone replied he concluded that he got around it. I thought it might be quicker now to just request help from the forum instead of contacting tech support.

I purchased Sonar Artist and when I attempted to use Command Center to install it, I got the same error message as Toit.

I am running Windows 10 / 64-bit.

I had a similar issue with Lexington, but only if I selected 'update all' in the CCC. Updating one element at a time worked fine.  I'm also on Windows 10 64bit.....now there's a surprise.........
