I don't know why no one has replied but I do believe that there was a new CCC download recently..

Hi Everyone,

We ran into something similar when we were testing some internal/api changes. It looks like a Win10 auto update may be the culprit. Ryan and I were both also on Win10/x64 when it happened to us.

In any case - if you're experiencing this please try installing this build: http://static.cakewalk.com.s3.amazonaws.com/command-center/CakewalkCommandCenterSetup_1.1.2.4.exe

If this resolves the issue for you please report back and let us know so we can get it up ASAP.

Thanks and sorry for any headaches.

Edit: to fix link

Same problem for me.  Just reported it in Problem Reports.

Me too.  New CCC file install doesn't change anything.  My error message is from Windows 10:

"A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I am also having this issue, minus the error message.  CCC just closes without any explanation whatsoever.
This is using "update" or "update all" as well as trying prior to installing version 1.1.2.3 provided above and again afterwards.

Edit: Oh, yeah... Windows 10 64bit, too.

I am also experiencing the same issue when trying to update through CCC.  Windows 10-64 Bit.  Tried to reinstall CCC as suggested above but it still stops working.  Please help.

I tried it with the new command center link, but the result is still the same.

during my many attempts to reinstall, with and without admin priv, with and without anti-virus software, for many different combinations of sonar platinum products, command center, etc.  I also got a mfc120u.dll error, which suggests that some shared dll may be missing or was deleted during the install.
