I just checked mine and they are still disabled after last week's update. They were also not updated with the big November update. Perhaps it's the driver manufacture that specifies the re-enable policy.

Could be Kevin, mine is AMD (Radeon) so perhaps the update included updated drivers which triggered the re-enablement

What Craig A. said. I have disabled my on-board RealTek audio drivers and they stay gone. What keeps showing up is the AMD HDMI Output HD Audio Driver. I've had nVidia; I've got AMD now. I've had trouble with both, unfortunately.
