There's some helpful info below the screenshot too -- in particular, regarding the Global Audio folder.

Actually I can't start there--page unresponive. I expect that is because it is a secure page (https://) and probably is a link from your account/installation to online help. If you want to reference help/documentation for the rest of us you probably need to do so via: http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=SONAR&language=3

I kinda prefer it as is. I bounce out tracks to a predictable folder. I don't keep my exports mixed with the project files.

Likewise.
 
I have separate folders for all my Exports which all default to my "J" drive, as specified in Folder Locations
