More than TTS-1 is messed up in the image above. I doubt this is the installation used to create the old projects.

I used to have cakewalk music creator, but upgraded. First on Win7 and now upgraded to Win10. Maybe somewhere something went wrong.

No matter what else may be going on, you are running the initial install for X3, with no maintenance applied for it.

I HIGHLY recommend that you review the above, as well as download it and install it.
 
There are a huge (probably over a couple hundred) maintenance fixes between the version you have installed and the above X3e maintenance version.
 
Please note that you do NOT have to download and install any maintenance in between X3a and X3e, as each maintenance update is cumulative in nature, so X3e will have all available updates applied.
