Hi, this is new to me, but probably old hat for the users here.
 
I have a roland FA-06. I'm using its ASIO driver in Sonar X3.
I created my midi tracks in sonar and want to leave it all in there, now I just want to transfer the audio that results from the midi tracks to sonar.
It should be straightforward, but I'm stuck.

Take your stereo (audio) outs on the FA-06 and plug them into your interface. Arm the tracks (in SONAR) that have your interfaces inputs assigned to them.
 
Press record and let the song play in real time.
