Would like to redirect the lookup for the FX Preset Graphics folder from my apparently default location C:/Cakewalk Content/SONAR X1 Producer to C:/Cakewalk Content/SONAR Platinum folder. Looks like Preferences doesn't allow for changing this. Why do I want to do this? I'm working on some custom FX Preset graphics and I keep getting directed to the X1 location & would like to access them in SPlat direct where they are currently being stored. Is this a previous version 'favorites' setting being brought forward and can it be addressed with a registry tweak? Yes, I could copy or move them which I eventually will do, but the constant redirect to X1 is slowing things down during this workup process.
Would the registry tweak even be advisable or worth it as each new update would possibly rewrite to the old setting. I noticed this happens with my custom splashscreen Splash.dib file.
