This is something I've never ran into before... I'm pretty sure I know what the issue is but I don't know how to fix it.

I'm loading up a really old project to go back to it and fix it up to finish it, and it's playing a little bit faster than it should be (including audio and midi).

I'm pretty sure it's the sample rate? It's got that kind of slightly sped up sound that I get in other programs if I have the wrong sample rate selected... I'm not sure if that's really what's up though.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Sounds like a 44.1khz recording being played back at 48khz.

This info from the help file should sort you out.

Ok thanks! So just to be clear, export each of the audio tracks at 44.1, then reimport them. Seems to make sense kinda. I'll give it a try tomorrow.

OK so this is weird...

I exported each vocal track at 44.1 just like it said. In Windows, the wav audio plays normal. Import it back into the project (or a brand new project) and it plays sped up. No other projects with audio seem to be doing this... In Edit - Preferences - Audio - Driver Settings it says 44.1 and in the transport right under the time it says 44.1/16...

This is weird right?

WOOOOOOAAAHHH... Scratch all of that... Just opened a project I was working on a week ago and it's sped up too... So it's all audio, everywhere. Must be something with my settings / driver. I'm gonna try to reboot real quick and see if that helps...
