Although some in the outside world propagate their opinion that the Cakewalk forums are vicious on anyone who's not a fanboi, the only time I've seen forumites become impatient is with repeat offenders who contribute nothing. Think of all the people who started off with a rant, but ended up getting the help they needed anyway...we all know what it's like to be super-frustrated so we give them some slack. And more often than not, they appreciate it and are able to solve their problem.
