I have installed Sonar Platinum onto a new laptop and now want to uninstall it from the PC it was initially installed onto. The problems I have encountered so far -
1 When trying to run DPro, it does not recognize the Registration code. I first tried to register the Serial Number but that isn't recognized either.
2 No idea how to install Addictive Drums or the add on packs. I have installed the XLN online installer program but it does not recognize the product key for Addictive Drums which I can see on the Cakewalk/My-Accounts/Products page.
Do I need to 'de-activate' all of these products first before trying to re-register? If so, how?
