No I went from the link, in my E-Mail, then signed in at the store, clicked the $49, and at checkout, put the code in the box, lower left hand of screen, and reduced price to like $34, but no problems.
I have all my #s just not sure about installing yet, I like having physical discs, but it says it won't need the update, just goes right over top, or at least, that's what I'm trying to confirm! Sorry!
