Why isn't there an "upgrade" price in the custom shop with gear credits?  Cost was 100 gear credits for SVX 2.

There's an upgrade for 50 credits in my custom shop.

I'll reach out to support. I have literally every piece of AT and TR gear.

If anybody isn't working with support but has Ampeg SVX from a promo/BOGO/etc please PM me about the upgrade pricing.  Thanks!

Paul contacted me and could not have been nicer.  Even though my original SVX purchase was as a standalone product when it was first released...it was listed in my account as some kind of "freebie" promotion.  Still he was kind enough to offer me a special code to purchase it at the $49 upgrade price.  The only problems there were that i had indeed purchased SVX at full price when initially released...and the new code prevented me from using my jam points.  So...i thanked him for his efforts but declined his kind offer.  1rst because im actually due the discounted offer and 2nd because i should still be able to use my jam points.  No biggie...ill wait till its on sale.
 
PS...i hate typing on my pad.
 

I had the same reaction to the offer. If I can't use my jam points like others, not worth it to me. Peter is a good guy, though.

Well apparently IK IS OFFLINE AGAIN! OR the latest downloads are HOSED
I purchased the upgrade successfully  but now when I try custom shop it is a black blank screen and authorization manager says I am offline, but I am not since I typed and posted this response

Same here yorolpal. Nice to get the discount code, but i did purchase it in 2009 and want to use my jampoints. Oh well.

I do have about 50 gear credits just sitting in the custom shop, and SVX does sounds very good.....but, I don't have a bass guitar.
What to do......what to do?
 

You have some type of midi rig don't you Mesh. Play the bass in with Native Instruments J Bass or MM Bass and your midi guitar and put SVX in the FX bin.

Got the code too. I only have $10 in jam pointz, so it's no biggie. This will just add some more for when I do get MODO.
