Problem is, it's pretty green right now.  My daughter saw a wasp earlier today and I went running in shorts and T-shirt.  We've had snowless Chrismtmases before, but never has it not snowed at all before the 24th like this year.  Right now it's a balmy 60 degrees F / 15 C and sunny.
 
Bring on global warming.
