Yeah Zeta2 lets you do that which is nice. The problem is there's no way to export MIDI to an arp pattern that I know of. Even if you could, it doesn't seem possible to import a new arp pattern currently into the arpeggiator.
What does z3ta+2 save them as once you drop them in? Is it possible to load a pattern in z3ta, "save" it as a preset and z3ta make an .arp file?
Just spitballin in the dark here.
