I'm trying to figure out the scrolling properties.  I see under "click behavior"..but ONLY in track view, you can stop/start the scrolling.  Sometimes it works or....you have to have the "now" time at the left side of the page somewhere(before I click somewhere on the right side??  I can't seem to understand, for it to be consistent.
In the pno roll view, it seems to work kinda the same, but I'm never able to start it scrolling again during playback.

To get it to scroll again click on an empty area of the track view. This should work in PRV too. 

thx John.  It's working OK in track view.  I [do] notice [now] you have to click ON a clip to stop scrolling... and like you said, in an empty area to start scrolling again.
 
In the pno roll... it seems to only stop and I can't start it again.  Tried different zoom levels if that matters....but typically zoomed way in so I can see what you're editing, etc.

Try this.  To restart scrolling right click in the top half of the time ruler where the cursors changes to a magnifying glass.

{in pno roll}....  Ha!   I'm left clicking to stop...( I guess the default choice...but you can change in track view....I'll experiment around)   .... then on the top half of the time ruler...like you suggest... I RIGHT click and it works!!    that's good enough for me!
