Track view I understand...and I've asked this before back on X3...but I think it's changed...or I forgot...or basically I don't know how to do it!
I've ctr clicked, right clicked, shifted my chair... however..

I guess you didn't try Alt-click.

Don't forget also that if you drag your tracks up/down in Track view, their new positions will be mirrored in Console View
