I likely caused this one myself but have no idea how to fixe it. I ran a registry cleaner (ccleaner) that typically is harmless. After Running, X1 expanded treated my installation as if it were new and asked me to enter my reg code for dimension pro. Odd, but I just looked up my number and entered it. I got Invalid number response. I even tried running dim pro from the mini launcher and got nowhere.
