After updating Z3ta +2, it fails to load the correct program.  Since there are so many presets, it's difficult to recover the exact ones because the synth now defaults to the same preset over and over.  I tried uninstalling the new update and reinstalled the earlier version of Z3ta + 2, but that didn't help.  Any ideas how to recover my lost programs?

Rollback to 2.1 should help, check if you actually did it right.

Thanks, I tried that but it didn't work.  I'll try again later.  I just saw the thread in the problems forum, so I know that it is being addressed.  I'll try to be patient until this is sorted out.

Did you re-save project after this error with 2.2 installed? I think it could break it even if you rollback.

Yeah... it seems the Zeta update forces itself into your current projects and screws things up.

Not sure what the fix is for those who got snared by this one but for anyone who hasn't updated Zeta+2 yet (and who have current projects that use it) it can be avoided by simply not allowing Zeta+2 to update... until the Bakers fix it.

Sorry, Lynn. I know that doesn't help you.

Yes, the project would contain the new data for 2.2 so reverting to 2.1 would confuse it again.

If 'Enable versioning of project files' is set, it might be possible to roll back to an earlier version of the .cwp file with 2.1 data in it.

Man, that's unfortunate. We have a fix in test right now, but if the project was saved after the failure and subsequent random patch then I guess it's a 2.2 project now... if you happen to have the original project then that's your only salvation unfortunately.... sorry.

The deal with this bug is that projects from Z3TA+ 2.1 wont' load in 2.2, so if you can preserve those older projects then rolling back will fix it (until the update, when everything should work (fingers crossed.))
