Hi,
I have used AD and JamStix for a while, and the basics are pretty straight-forward (and it works REALLY well). Drop JS onto the arranger and make sure that "Enable MIDI Output" is selected. In JS, load a song (such as "Modern Gospel - Aaron) and switch to the kit view and load "AD Jamstix" kit, then go to the mixer (all while still in JS) and click "MIDI Only". Next, drop AD onto the arranger and make sure that a kit is loaded, then go to the track view in the SONAR inspector (on the left). Here you'll need to select the MIDI input to be JamStix (look at the bottom of the inspector track view). Once this is selected, if you start the transport you should hear the song playing. However, after messing around, you may notice that snare rolls do not work as you would expect. To fix this, go into the JS kit and map the snare "offset" articulation to key "G3" (and save it). More information about this fix is available at the link below:

Those are the AD/JS basics. Maybe someone else can assist with the multi-out audio part of the equation.
Take care,
G
