I've been having the same problem as well and it's no Cakewalk. I have the Platinum series that crashes with Replika. With previous version of X1 Producer and X3 it was no problem but then I updated Replika and that's when the problems started happening.  It's a good plugin but I can't use it now and have to avoid it unless NI comes up with a patch or something.

I sent a support request to NI...they never came back to me!
 
If I need to use Replika then I use X3 still... I have it in my excluded vsts...a pain in the bum but it was my goto Delay for a while ..until NI sort out the bug issye...

Just download the previous version of Replika from the NI website. It looks like its only the most recent update that is affected.
