is anyone else having trouble login to their account?
 
I try to guess which region Canada is, probably USD Other
My password, which I mark down, will not work.
 
When I do a password reset, the new one does not work.
 
This happened since the ownership change.

I was dealing with the same type of thing. The cakewalk store refuses to remember my password for more than 24 hours. I have a dozen emails with new passwords in my cakewalk folder. Is it a Canadian thing? I find it really annoying and wish Cakewalk would do something about it.
 
For example, I had to get a new password in order to buy z3ta 2, but it took a day for the serial number to arrive. When I went to get the serial number, the password I used the night before to D/L the synth no longer worked. In fact, when I entered the password an hit enter, I could see one of the characters being removed and then got the bad password notification.

Hmm never had that issue with the UK store. Change or update to a different browser and clear your cookies and cache out I suggest (maybe useful to state what browser you are using and what version of the browser is you are using).

I haven't had any problems with my account (other than never receiving emails...).
 
I always select the United States USD option.
