Help! Just upgraded to Dimension Pro but I'm having problems getting it to record in SONAR LE. Do Dimension Pro and Dimension LE work the same - i.e. they're inserted as a Soft Syth? Can get Dimension Pro to make Sounds on its' own however.  Thanks.

Insert it and play  Make sure it is the selected track - that always helps.  Also, you'll need to load a program - it comes up empty.

Thanks for the suggestions. A solution is proving elusive.

With SONAR 8.5LE Dimension Pro doesn't show as an option under 'Insert Synths' - Dimension LE does though. I've reinstalled SONAR 8.5LE, UA-25EX Driver and Dimension Pro but still nothing.

I can access plenty of sounds via the Cakewalk Sound Centre (this appeared to be part of the download / upgrade although it wasn't mentioned beforehand) but don't seem to be able to alter Pitch Bender parameters (the reason for me choosing to upgrade in the first place) or fiddle with the sounds either. I CAN get a result when Dimension Pro is launched on its' own but still get no recognition on SONAR LE.

Did you run the VST scan?

OK. Ran a VST scan which appears to recognise Dimension Pro whilst processing but then it doesn't show up as a successfully installed plug-in...

I'm using an Acer ASPIRE 5532 Laptop, 64 bit with a 4GB  should that make any difference.

hm, that is funny (well, not for you, but funny in an odd way).  Write to tech support would be my next step.

Thanks. I'm now waiting for Tech Support to get back to me (drums fingers on tabletop)...
