Hi.. downloaded Sonar Professional last night.. all downloaded products are shown as connected in CC.. but Rapture Session is not shown available to download...I also have Sonar X3 Studio installed.. thx in advance for your help

Aha .. apologies... The Kingston Update is just now showing in CC as available for download...

Doh ! that message came when I launched Sonar Prof from CC.. I do have the Kingston update installed so the question in my first post still stands....
 

I have the same issue - installed SONAR Platinum with Kingston and Rapture Session is not showing up in the CCC.

Same here.  All other updates showing (Kingston etc) but not Rapture Session which I really want to check out. 

Try logging out of the Command Center and logging back in. The logout option is on the Command Center settings page. Click the gear in the upper right of the Command Center to access the setting page. Rapture Session is a separate installer family at the top level of the Command Center.

Tried that but  still not showing up.

Next step...contacting support.

Sorry for the trouble here. I located a missing puzzle piece and connected it. Can you check your accounts again?
 
@sven450 - I'm not sure if your copy of SONAR Platinum/Professional/Artist is tied to another account. I looked at sven450 but there's no ownership in it for these products. If you're using another account can you check for Rapture Session in it?
