When I go to cakewalk.com, my user name is sven450, and under my products I show just about everything from Sonar 3 up through Sonar Platinum.  I only have one account that I am aware of.  The fact that you don't see that is a bit concerning....
 
BTW I did contact support a couple days ago but have not heard back yet

Thanks! Figured it out. Looks like you had two purchases but then one was refunded. This pulled some records from your account which is automated when we receive refund notifications from our store. In your case it was a mistake though since you had two purchases of the same product.
 
I restored what was missing and then also made sure you're all set up with Rapture Session. Sorry for the trouble!

Just wanted to add my thanks to Cakewalk for resolving the issue. Now have Rapture Session in the CCC, downloaded and having fun with it. Way to go!
