Sorry for the trouble guys. We isolated & resolved a case that I'm assuming you folks were running into that would affect everyone who owned both Rapture Pro & Rapture Session on 1st time building your cache for Command Center.

Seems like almost everyone in this thread owned both products, so I'm jumping to conclusions, but I think it's resolved. If anyone is still seeing a crash on first launch can you let me know?

Sorry Ryan, how could anyone have owned Rapture Session prior to Kingston?

They couldn't. This was a new crash exposed last Wednesday when we gifted Rapture Session to people. At that point, when C3 was launched, it attempted to download and cache assets for the new product. We made a mistake on our end which exposed the crash.

It did crash for me too. However it self corrected and now on start up no problem.

Well it's trivial anyway (one time crash) thanks for acknowledging.

Yep... I think you're right. I got it IIRC last Monday but retry and it worked. I had forgotten about it. I'm getting used to hiccups that popup then vanish since I got W-10. I figured it was MS.

Mine crashed too but as it only happened the once when I went to download Session, i didn't pay a lot of attention to it.

Ditto and ditto - one time crash, and yes I do have (now) Rapture Pro and Rapture Session.
