Where is the monitorizer?

Hi all, I have updated to kingston but can't find the monetrizor. Where is it located.

It is a send effect for the FX bin.

You need to download the Anderton Collection to get it.

That's where I went wrong Craig, Updated everything else except Anderton collection.
