Got home and fixed my modem. Turns out I had to turn the internal Firewall off so that it can talk to Toontrack.
So now I am downloading Part 1 at 8.3 MB/s. Will take 1 h 20 m (if all goes well).
 

BFD 3 crossgrade from BFD2 79 clams at JRR without a code. EZ player also a Toontrack product maps everything I have to everything else I have. 
 
Crossgrade to Superior is double that amount. 
 
I've been talking about upgrading to BFD 3 for a long time. I like to wait until it's been out awhile and then look at options. 
 
With Superior, I'll wait until the dust settles and the maybe I'll consider it. BFD 3 is a pretty sure thing for me right now.
 
 

The interface upgrade alone is worth the price for me. The tracker is one helluva bonus! I replaced everything on a multitracked kit in less than an hour last night. I love that I can bring my own samples into the kits now too. That will be extremely useful for me. I don't know if I'll ever use that Midi thing along the bottom but it sure looks nice. I am very happy so far

And that new GUI! The workflow is 100000000076% smoother now, at least :)
