I know there was a lot of interest in this when Windows 10 was new.
The VS-20 had such good sounds. I didn't use it as an audio interface as such but as an effects processor, playing through it on a tablet where the VS-20 was installed on Windows 8.1, into Sonar Platinum on my Windows 7 x64 PC (using Focusrite Pro 40 as interface).
I miss it very much and was wondering whether the Bakers had changed their minds and released a Windows 10 driver for the VS-20.
I'm sure it would please a lot of people.
Any news, anybody?
Thanks.

It is a Roland product. Contact Roland. Cakewalk does not write drivers for any company's hardware.

So sorry.
The kit has the Cakewalk brand on it, so does the installation disk, so I assumed it was a Cakewalk product.
I understand that Roland no longer owns Cakewalk and I must assume that Cakewalk has lost some of its Roland inheritance.
Pity.

Thanks, Wookiee.
I'm not much for under the hood.
I have decided to downgrade my tablet to Windows 8.1.

I've got mine working in Windows 10. It works great, and it isn't that difficult to do. I'm in the process of writing a more concise (and illustrated) how to. I'd be glad to share it with you.
