Well I had to try Cerberus - just to see, not to buy of course.
Credit card now unhappy....Cerberus is very good as well.
I had been using my very old IK SVX (32bit!) or my Audiffex GK Amplification, which I sort of like but it is buggy.
Anyway I can consign both of those to the "had their day bin" - in a few minutes got a bass sound with Cerberus that I had been unable to get with the other two - sweet!!!

As much as I really like Caliburn, I finally figured out which VST is crashing ALL my projects......Caliburn. I just tested that out on some random projects and every single one that has Caliburn crashed CbB (as well as SPlat). Not sure what's going on, but will uninstall and re-install.....I hope it's just some glitch in the installation as I really want to use it on a current project.  
 

I had the same problem on Caliburn - I removed from the project, uninstalled and reinstalled and now seems OK??
Shall let you know if any further problems

Good to know it's not just my system. Possibly something that Kuassa may need to fix/address?

Just went to open the project i was working on yesterday and it crashed again - definitely an issue - I shall let Kuassa know

Oh no, that's not good. I'm just about to leave the office and was going to test that out. If it does crash, I'll also let them know.

OK - I tired freezing and saving - same issue - have written to Kuassa to let them know - this is such a shame as it does sound fabulous - I have also tried Cerberus - no issues with that

Hi guys, sorry to hear for your trouble with crashing.
Just fired up Cakewalk by Bandlab, I'm running build 14 64 bit and it all working fine.
Hmmm, is it possible to mail me your project without any audio data so I could see if it is going to crash here ?
 
edit: I can confirm Cakewalk crashes after latest update build 32
