Where are the updates? They are not showing up in CCC.

That's why the title of the OP contains "Sneak Preview".

I can't believe that no one has commented on the benchmark figures at the bottom of what is now labeled Page 6. Seems one heck of a compelling reason to upgrade from SONAR Xn, for those who haven't done so already.

Folks are going to be impressed with the speed of Kingston. It's really good. I did share the benchmarks in another thread on this forum.

very impressive update by the look of things. thanks for fixing the duende vst3 issue. The ezine idea is terrific too by the way.

RE: Improved speed/performance...

Are these improvements limited to Win10 users or can us lowly 7 users expect some extra juice as well?

Cheers.

Ezine:

'Benchmarks were performed on a Haswell Core I7 5960X with 16 GB RAM running 64-bit Windows 8.1.'

...It's going to be across all OS's.

Is a baker able to answer my question?
Thx.

Beep... why not do the free upgrade? I went from W7 to W10 on my laptop, info in my sig. I have had VERY few problems and it is a LOT faster boot. Everything considered, I wouldn't consider going back to W7 and I liked W7, W10 is just better.
I AM waiting to go from W8 to W10 on my desktop but as soon as Jim says that things look good, I'll jump. I really cannot imagine it would be a problem now. I think you can roll back within 30 days.

Hi, J.

There is a combo of scheming, learnin' and a bit of too busy/"lazy" to make the jump right away.

What I REALLY want to do is setup a separate partition on my C drive to install Win10 on (and all my music gack) so I can test it all out/switch back and forth and so on.

Probably sounds nuts but I actually want to keep both active for some study/tutorial type stuff I'm planning.

Glad to hear it's working well for you though. I know you were getting bonked up on occasion previously but you certainly sound like a happy camper now.

Cheers and thanks.
