  • Sound on Sound SONAR column - in case anyone wondered

Anderton
I've been asked to continue my monthly column in Sound on Sound magazine, and concentrate on what's available in Cakewalk by BandLab. I think this makes a lot of sense, because surely there will be an influx of new users coming in who do not have Sonar or the add-ons that came with it. Unfortunately my first post-CbB column was about imaging with Channel Tools because I didn't know it wasn't included in CbB (and didn't think to ask, doh) so that will be the last "Sonar" column. However the previous Sonar columns are still online at the Sound on Sound web site, and my Sonar tips books remain available at reverb.com.

We now return to our regularly scheduled programming

Congratulations Anderton!
And thanks for the links.

Now Cakewalk is free, it's perfect for high schools, music schools and universities for students to write and record compositions on. It's perfect for music education and sharing projects back and forth between different locations.
